FINALLY!!

FINALLY!!!. That wretched company Five Tone has finally refunded my money!! So here is the whole resolution of the drama...
My Complaint to the Chicago BBB:
I placed oder number 6132 on 5/29. I used my check card for the purchase & the money was taken out on 6/1. On 6/4 I sent an email requesting info on my order. On 6/16 recieved an email stating that the size garment I orded was unavailable & they could send a different size. I sent two more emails, one on 6/13 and one on 6/18 and also left several voicemails on the answering machine on the number listed on the website and have not gotten any response.
Five Tone's response:
We notified the customer several times that the order was canceled and credit card refunded. Thanks and have a nice day. LIES!!
My response:
I never recieved any such communication. I used my debit card for the transaction. I am able to follow that account online & do so several times dailey. My funds were never returned by the company. I can provide my bank statements if needed.
Their response to my response:
Your order was canceled and your credit card refunded for $77.95. The transaction ID is 1486605525. We have sent numerous emails to you about this. You obviously have not received them. Since you didn't leave a phone number, we have no other way of contacting you. MORE LIES!!!
My blistering comeback:
I two phone numbers on the two voicemails I left. The only emails I ever recived said "thank you for writing fivetone. We will respond in 24-48 hours". I only use one email address and there is nothing in my spam filter. No refund has shown up on my bank statement. I can provide copies of the statements.
And I checked my account online today anf TA-DAH!! The sorry fuckers finally gave me my money back!!! I only ordered the damn thing on May 29th after all... The bank gave me a provisional refund already so I guess I'll have to give that back, but I don't really care because I got my $ from the company. Those guys SUCK ASS I can't believe they still have a business licence
